To being the ritual you need to place the enchantingtable on the dirt and surround the enchntingtable with the 8 redstone and the dirt platform and the enchantingtable needs clear site of the moon as the platform aswell You then need to perform a ritual to activate the sigil. First, make a clear open space with the dirt within view of the sky, and place the Enchantment Table in the center. Finally, surround the Enchantment Table with the 8 Redstone.
you will need to wait for midnight and once your normal sigil starts glowing you need to kill the passive mob Perform the ritual at midnight. While standing on the Enchantment Table, wait until your sigil starts to glow. Then, kill the mob with the sigil. The dirt will change to [[Cursed Earth]], and your sigil will become active. BE CAREFUL! Cursed Earth spawns mobs very rapidly, so you should be prepared for a fight!

after that you will relise that the dirt has changed to cursed earth it can only be pick up by useing a slik touch in survival or cheated in by creative mode If you'd like to clear out the cursed earth, it may be done with an ordinary shovel, but you'll only get regular dirt as a drop. To keep the Cursed Earth, you'll need a silk touch shovel.

at this point be care full becouse the cursed earth will be spawing hostiliy mob very fast [creepers,zombies,...]
You will now nolonger have your normal sigil it has become a active sigil
now you can craft unstable ingots with it and dimond+iron
