* Convert build to use a single JavaScript file on the site (instead
of downloading each library separately). This also means that all
global variables (e.g., `$` for JQuery, `_` for Underscore.js) can
be removed.
* Remove unused scripts and/or move them to a more appropriate repo
* Update the `deploy` script to work with CircleCI's automation
* Update markdown display code to allow images to be located with the
markdown data files instead of the pre-rendered index pages
1. All tests have been converted into regular command-line mocha
tests (instead of running in the browser), and the deployment
script has been changed to automatically fail any `--new`
deployment which doesn't pass.
2. Several small class (e.g., `Logger`) have been moved into a common
module, `crafting-guide-common` so that they may be shared between
the client and server.
When a visitor arrives at the site for the first time, this will
ensure they have a certain set of mods on/off. Right now, that means
IC2-Classic is off by default, and everything else is on.
* Change all internal links to use URLs ending in `/`
* Add the prerender script which uses PhantomJS to pre-render the
HTML for all possible pages in the system
* Change the build process to incorporate the pre-rendered files
* Update the sitemap script to generate the new URLs
* Create a nascent version of the mod detail page
* Make the slug mandatory for Mod instead of name, and load the name
from the data file
* Make the Feedback view universal on all pages
* Refactor the use of mod pack to have a single global object at the
router level which is shared between pages. Further, make this one
object load itself immediately and have it automatically load any
activated mod version
* Refactor the use of Storage related to mod pack versions into the
router as well.
* Add trace logging back in for events, but allow individual classes
to suppress it (as opposed to actually supressing the events)
* Fix a bug in ModVersion.eachItem where it would suggest so-called
items which are merely registered slugs without associated items
