Andrew Miner bdda57c1eb Re-write craft method 
* Re-write the `computeMissingResources` method to be `craft` and refactor how
  it performs calculations to be easier to follow, and to avoid several errors
  in the prior calculation related to recipes which produce more 1 quantity of
  the output items.

Andrew Miner c21ed5c47e Fix bug with recipes that produce multiple items 
* When creating a recipe which creates multiple items (e.g., Pipe Wire in
  Buildcraft), the algorithm would add an extra n-1 items to the inventory.
