Andrew Miner 5eae2bb488 Start editing after login needed for editing 
When a user isn't logged in, click the "Edit" button on an item
description will initiate the login process.  After it is complete,
the user is placed back on the page where they started.  However,
the edit box remains closed.  So, after all the activity which
resulted in trying to edit, they user still has to click the edit
button one more time to actually start editing.

This change makes it so that the user returning from the login
process is placed directly into edit mode without having to click the
button a second time.

Andrew Miner ebf3443e96 Update Adsense to place ads on all devices 
The current adsense implementation only places ads on desktop-sized
screens.  This change allows ads of the appropriate size to be
displayed on any device.

Andrew Miner 1d1772e961 Make the mod version selector more clear 
This change the single select box into a checkbox which toggles the
mod on/off.  If the mod is "on" and it has multiple versions, then
a selection list will be shown with the various possible versions.
If there is only a single available version, then the selector is
not shown.

When hovering over a quantity in an inventory display, if the
quantity is larger than one stack (i.e., 64 items), display a
tooltip showing the quantity in stacks (plus the remainder).

Instead, any time a change is made which invalidates a crafting plan,
update the visual display to show that the plan is out of date, and
add some extra affordances to recalculate.
